The new Entertainment Weekly has a great article about Christian Bale. One quote sums up why I like him as an artist:
“Since then, he’s made 28 films — some big, some small; some memorable, some not. But he’s always been interesting.”
Key word: Interesting. I can’t remember any Christian Bale movie that wasn’t interesting. Big or small, he’s an actor I love watching to see what he does next.

This is hilarious. I know he’s a good actor, but I just don’t get the fascination with him.
Of course, I’m a bit less intense when it comes to preferred entertainment genres. I’d prefer a Nathan Fillion TV show over a Christian Bale movie any day…
